There’s an App for that: Automating Forms Collection

This presentation focused on how Century College built an AgilePoint NX application to automate the documentation process of their Concurrent Enrollment program. Participants received an overview of how the application works to collect program requirements (e.g., approvals, course-related documentation) to complete required forms. Attendees also received a presentation handout to share with their technology team that includes details about the technology used to build and support the application.

API Integration: Bridging the Gap Between AgilePoint and ImageNow

This presentation provided attendees with a demo of how Century College’s application programming interface (API) between AgilePoint and ImageNow works. Using the new Student Complaint electronic form and workflow as the example, the demo showed attendees how the API can send a form submission and uploaded files directly into ImageNow without the hassle of downloading, printing, or scanning.

Business Process Reengineering: From InfoPath to AgilePoint eForms

This presentation explains the path Century College took from InfoPath to AgilePoint, a third party business process reengineering (BPR) platform. Attendees learned how Century was able to improve outdated processes by converting paper forms into electronic forms and automating workflows.
