Worked in partnership with administration and departments to redesign and streamline internal processes for electronic forms (eForms). Collaborated with Development Team members to build AgilePoint NX applications with eForms, automated processes, third-party integrations, and data recording. Used Scrum framework to manage projects of various levels of complexity. Provided eForm owner, manager, and task owner training and guides.
