Hello there, my name is Cindy Xiong. I enjoy taking information and organizing it in a manner that’s easy to understand, learn and use. I’ve become a big fan of usability and user experience. Like many designers and technical writers before me, I believe that less is truly more.
As an ambitious lifelong learner and doer, I challenge myself to learn one new thing a day. I’m constantly on the go, accomplishing small goals every day to prepare myself for the bigger goals I’ve set for my future.
When I’m not delegating the latest set of new rules to my teenage daughter, you’ll find me listening to an audio book, watching “The Goldbergs,” or working on my latest project.

If the explanation leads the person to think or say, “How am I going to remember that?” the design has failed.
