When Century College moved to Cherwell, an IT service management application, I created a handout for IT employees to reference during a department training session and to use as a reference while working on help desk tickets.

OneDrive for Business – Getting Started

This training handout was created for Century College employee in-person OneDrive for Business training sessions. The document introduces Century College employees to Microsoft’s cloud storage, helps users set up their OneDrive account, and provides instructions on how to complete popular product features (e.g., share a document, collaborate in real-time).

Office 2016 – What’s New and Improved?

This at-a-glance guide was created for a Century College employee in-person Windows 10/Office 2016 training sessions. The document breaks down the new features offered in Office 2016 and shows users which applications received upgrades.

Skype for Business: Top 10 Things You Need to Know

I created this guide for new Century College Skype for Business users. The document provides quick and simple instructions on how to log into a Skype for Business account, add contacts, and set up Skype for Business meetings in Outlook.

Creating Interactive E-Learning Modules

I created this training handout for a Century College employee SoftChalk 9 training course. I organized the handout by activity type (e.g., Games, Terms and Definitions, Matching) so that employees could easily identify and add the appropriate activity to a learning module page.
